Israel Kreps is CEO of Kreps DeMaria, which was founded by Kreps in 1988. Kreps has expertise in real estate, hospitality, healthcare, banking and professional services, utilizing his background in developing communication strategies and handling crisis-management issues. He currently represents local, national and international corporations, including Christie’s International Real Estate; InterContinental Hotels Group Latin America & Caribbean; HomeServices of America, the real estate subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway; New York-based Dezer Properties; Mercantil Commercebank, and others.
Kreps is particularly sought after for his strategic marketing and business-to-business skills. He is a frequent speaker on topics related to communication, having spoken before Chambers of Commerce, Legal Bar Associations, nonprofits and various public and private corporations and organizations, as well as having taught a strategic PR course to master’s candidates at the Externado University in Bogota, Colombia.
A University of Miami graduate with an International Finance and Marketing major, Kreps is a long-time member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce’s Board of Directors, serving that organization in various capacities over the years, and has served in an advisory capacity to numerous nonprofits.

She is currently promoting Paramount Miami Worldcenter, the premier condominium tower within the sprawling 30-acre city within a city in downtown Miami that is the largest mixed-use urban project in the country. In addition, she has represented the Southeast’s largest general contractor, Coastal Construction Group, for almost 20 years.
Recently, DeMaria led the public relations and marketing campaign on behalf of the Miami Seaport Alliance, which successfully defeated David Beckham’s plans for a soccer stadium at PortMiami.

An avid equestrian, DeMaria launched Give a Buck for Special Equestrians in May 2013. The nonprofit encourages horse owners and riders to make a small donation – as little as a buck or as much as they can – with their monthly boarding payment to therapeutic riding programs for children and veterans with physical and mental disabilities.

Cindi Perantoni Rodgers has worked in the public relations and marketing industry for ten years. She has successfully developed, implemented and managed public relations programs for clients in the corporate, legal, real estate and hospitality arenas. Perantoni also played an integral role in developing and launching the firm’s online digital marketing division, PR on the Net.
With a specialized focus on the legal industry, Perantoni has developed media campaigns, special events and promotions, strategic alliances and provided overall strategic direction for Kreps DeMaria’s law firm clients. Her diverse skill set in this arena has made Kreps DeMaria one of the most highly sought-after public relations firms in the legal and corporate field. She has worked with many prominent South Florida law firms, including Colson Hicks Eidson, EpsteinBeckerGreen, Gordon & Rees, Levine Kellogg Lehman Schneider + Grossman LLP, and Lyons & Lurvey, P.A. A native of Miami, Perantoni earned her bachelor’s degree from Barry University, where she majored in communications and advertising, and was the starting shortstop on the school’s highly touted NCAA softball team.
Laura Acker has been with Kreps DeMaria for over nine years. A New York resident, Acker oversees the agency’s New York office, and leads media relations for both Kreps DeMaria’s New York and Miami-based clients.
Acker has successfully implemented and managed public relations programs for clients in the real estate, hospitality, corporate and legal arenas. She is particularly recognized for her expertise representing luxury branded real estate clients, including launching the first-ever Porsche Design Tower and Residences by Armani/Casa.
Active in the community, Acker serves on the Marketing and NextGen boards of Chapman Partnership, a homeless assistance center that empowers the homeless.
Raised in Washington, D.C., Acker graduated cum laude from Florida State University where she studied Marketing and Hospitality Administration.
